Device compatibility

For a definite yes / no, please see the hardware compatibility listing. That said, any device that works with the Linux V4L or V4L2 device driver should work within Gambas. The main controlling influence at this point is the data format used by the device and whether Gambas knows how to handle that data format.

Currently Gambas tries to force the device to a format it can handle .. if you find your device does not work, please forward details of the device the gambas-devel mailing list and we'll see what we can do.
